As summer is coming, it is the best time to go out and enjoy the blue sky, sunshine and beach. As graduates and interns with busy weekdays, taking a look around the beaches and enjoy the weekend was the best choice for our graduation trip. So we decided just to do it! Let’s get ready to be crazy in Shenzhen!
Located in the north of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Shenzhen is a major city holding sub-provincial administrative status in Guangdong Province. As an important city covering an area of about 1991 square kilometers in the Pearl River Delta, Shenzhen has a 257 kilometer long seashore rich in beautiful beaches. Most of beaches or sea views are located in Longgang and Yantian districts, among which Guanghu and Jiaochangwei worth enjoying. Both of them are in Dapeng Peninsula, where we can also appreciate the original culture of Shenzhen.
When talking about beaches of Shenzhen, Dameisha Beach and Xiaomeisha Beach might come to your mind first. It is reasonable because my family and I always went there having family days when I was a little girl. But with more and more visitors and excessive development, the two beaches are not beautiful and clean any more. As new and special beaches, Guanhu and Jiaochangwei are the best choice.
Saturday ~ First Stop—Guanhu Village
Compared with Dameisha and Xiaomeisha, Guanhu is not only a much cleaner but also a peaceful beach. More importantly, there are fewer visitors at weekends.
Set off at 2:00PM (Took bus No.E11 at Shenzhen North Station to Dapeng Stop, transferred to taxi to Guanhu Terminal Stop)
Arrived at our booked hostel
Took a break
Walked to the beach of Guanhu (Because our hotel is just opposite to the beach)
Enjoyed the sunset and take photos
Met a sandman made by a little girl (I'm a big big sandman! Hahahaha)
Back to our Hostel and prepared for the BBQ (You can make a list and ask the host to place an order in advance, which means you can enjoy your BBQ when you come back to the hostel.)
BBQ ing
Made a toast for our graduation
After the BBQ, took a bicycle trip around the hostels and enjoyed the nightlife.
Sunday
8:00AM
Walked to another beautiful beach named 800-meter Seashore
There is a gorgeous place for taking wedding photos.
Back to our hostel, set off Jiaochangwei
Jiaochangwei is also named Guanglangyu of Shenzhen, where you can see lots of hostels with various kinds of themes. As the only one county with coastline in Shenzhen, Jiaochangwei has a narrow and long beach divided into several areas. Much farther away from the sea, the sand is much more comfortable.
There are many types of entertainment.
Being crazy on the water by motorboat
Being fast and furious with my mermaids
End up with jumping! Wish you a better future! Fighting!
