Detailed Itinerary: You will visit the Stone Forest  and Green Lake park in today's city tour in Kunming.  Later, you will take over night train (soft sleeper ticket) to Dali.

Stone Forest: The Stone Forest, World Natural Heritage, is 78 kilometers to the southeast of “ Spring City” Kunming and is well-known for typical karst geology and geomorphology characteristic.

Green Lake Park (Cuihu Park): Green Lake Park, also called Cuihu Park, is an urban park which was created in the 17th century on the west side of the Wuhua Mountain in Kunming. It is sometimes described as a "Jade in Kunming".

Market of Birds & Flowers: A part of a series of streets and markets in central Kunming where an attempt has been made to preserve some of the typical architecture of the region. Traditional wooden houses with grass growing from their roofs line the streets where a variety of products are sold, including of course a small alley devoted to flowers and cage birds.

Detailed Itinerary: You will be picked up from the train station in Dali and transferred to your hotel to freshen up and have breakfast. Today you will visit the Three Pagodas of Chongsheng Temple. Take a Cruise on Erthai Lake by small boat and take a trip to Jinsuo Islet. You will have free time in the old town of Dali at night.

Three Pagodas of Chongsheng Temple: are located northwest of Dali at the foot Cangshan Mountains. With Qianxun Pagoda, completed in 876 during the Tang dynasty (618-907AD).

Er hai Lake: Erhai Lake, named after its ear-shape, is one of the seven biggest fresh water lakes in China. The beautiful scenery and limpid waters of Erhai Lake are very charming and attractive.

The Ancient City of Dali: Dali Ancient City, also called Yeyu City, Forbidden City, Zhonghezhen, lies 3 kilometers north from Xiaguan, the capital of Dali Prefecture. Embracing Erhai Lake in the east and adjoining Cangshan Mountain in the west, Dali City was first established in the early period of the Ming Dynasty, and then an administrative organ called "wei" was set up. The one who was in charge was granted the title "Commanding Envoy of the Dali Wei".

Detailed Itinerary: After your hotel breakfast you can visit Xizhou Village and the Xizhou morning market. Enjoy the tea ceremony of Bai Ethnic group, take pictures of the colorful costumes of the Bai Ethnics. You will be driven to Lijiang after your lunch where you'll visit the Old town of Lijiang. You will then enjoy an escorted tour to Square Street and Black Dragon Pool.

Xizhou Village: Established more than 1000 years back, Xizhou village is located 18 km north of Dali at Yunnan province of China. Historically, it was a military fortress of Nanzhao Kingdom and a temporary palace of the King of Nanzhao. The village is famous for its genuine culture and architecture of Bai people.

Zhoucheng Town: houcheng Town is located 23 kilometers north from Dali City, more than 1500 households Bai minority people live in the village, it is the largest Bai minority town in Dali. In Zhoucheng Town, you can visit the typical Bai houseyard, the window and door are interesting and beautiful. You can also see the Bai people's Died Cloth Work Shop. The product is full of ethnic flavor, but also very modern.

Old Town of Lijiang: Surrounded by mountains on the plateau in Northwest Yunnan, China, a world cultural heritage, Lijiang Ancient Town, keeps harmony, serene and unsophisticated civil life like a pastoral song.

Black Dragon Pool: Located at the food of Elephant Hill, The Black Dragon Pool is a famous pond in the scenic Jade Spring Park.

Detailed Itinerary: After breakfast you will visit Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Afterwards you can take a cable car at Yak Meadow to walk around the summit. Lastly you will visit Baisha village and Baisha Mural.

Jade Dragon Snow Mountain: Jade Dragon Snow Mountain now is a famous scenic spot for sightseeing, mountaineering, skiing, exploration, scientific research and taking holiday.

Baisha Mural: Baisha Mural is located at Baisha Villages, 10km north of Lijiang. Although the traditional houses do not look impressive, this was the cradle of the Naxi culture and ancient capital of the Naxi Kingdom.

Detailed Itinerary: You will be driven to Shangri-La today. It is an 1 hour  drive to visit Shigu (stone drum). Shigu is on the first Bend of the Yangtze River. You will then stop at Qiaotou to visit to the Upper Tiger Leaping Gorge, we will stop at the Upper Leaping Gorge for about 1 hour. We will Continue our drive for 2 more hours to Shangri-La. You are free for your own leisure in Shangri-La.

The First Bend of Yangtze River: The Yangtze River Bend, as its name denotes, is the spot where the south running river suddenly turns northward due to changes in the shape of the nearby mountain ranges which form a mammoth V shape at this spot.

Tiger Leaping Gorge: Being one of world famous grand canyons, Tiger-Leaping Gorge Scenic Spot is the best destination for exploration and self-challenge for its profundity, steepness, beauty and uniqueness.

Detailed Itinerary: Today we will visit the Pudacuo National Park, Shudu Lake  and Bita Lake. Later in the afternoon you will visit the Songzanlin Monastery.

Pudacuo National Park: Pudacuo National Park (The first national park on Chinese Mainland), located at the heart belt of ”Three Parallel Rivers” in Northwest Yunnan, the World Natural Heritage Site, is comprised of an international-valued wetland Bita Lake Nature Reserve and Shudu Lake of Hongshan Zone of the “ Three Parallel Rivers” World Natural Heritage.

Bita Lake: Bita Lake is in the area of Pudacuo National Forest Park, which is 32 kilometers away from Shangri-La County.

Shudu Lake: Shudu Lake is 3,705 meters above the sea-level, serving as one of the highest lakes in Shangri-La Prefecture.

Songzanlin Lamasery: Situated at the foot of the Foping Mountains, Songzanlin Lamasery is the largest Tibetan Buddhist lamasery in Yunnan Province and one of the 13 famous monasteries of Tibetan Kham.
