Today your Harbin exploration will begin with the first destination Sophia Church Square after breakfast. There you will see the charming Sophia Church. The church is one of the few remained orthodox churches in Harbin. It is now converted into Harbin Museum of Architecture with exhibitions of many photographs from old times inside.

Then we will head to Central Street for a deep understanding of the exotic Harbin. Located in the old central district of Harbin, Central Street is a pedestrian street lined with stores, shops, malls and architectures. Those interesting old architectures of various styles are mostly featured with European styles, making this street an exotic one to have fun. Along the street there are many restaurants where you can not only have delicious Harbin local dishes, but also you will find a lot of tasty Russian food.

Then we will proceed to Stalin Park. It is located on the south bank of the Songhua River. This belt-shaped open park featured by Russian style flower beds and sixteen groups of art sculptures is lavishly vegetated with flowers and trees and is a popular site in Harbin.

The next destination will be Flood Control Monument, which was built to commemorate the tremendous feat of the Harbin people in controlling the massive flood in 1957.

The last stop scheduled for today is Ice and Snow World. It is by now the largest ice and snow art exhibition in the world. The fine artworks of ice carvings, its beautiful night scenes, its rich forms of recreation, and its interesting Ice and Snow Festival make it a hot destination in winter.

Today we will spend a whole day’s sightseeing and relaxation at Volga Manor. After breakfast, our guide will transfer you to Volga Manor. The driving takes about one hour. Volga Manor is a resort themed at Russian culture and architecture. The manor is great for relaxation and recreation. Inside the manor, you will not only appreciate decades of Russian architectures like copy of Saint Nicholas cathedral, but also you will enjoy the alluring beauty Russian-styled idyllic landscapes. The blending of Harbin culture and Russian culture, and the combination of Russian architecture with Harbin-styled building makes this manor a unique attraction in Harbin.

After dinner, our guide will transfer you back to the hotel.

After breakfast, our guide will transfer you to the airport for flight to Changbaishan Airport. Upon your arrival at Changbaishan, you will be picked up by Changbaishan local guide and transferred to the hotel for check in.

After breakfast, our guide will bring you to the northern slop of Changbaishan National Nature Reserve. Changbaishan National Reserve is a large natural flora and fauna nature reserve. As a huge dormant volcano, Changbai Mountain has formed spectaculars of volcanic landforms and typical ice and snow landscapes because of its unique geographical location and geologic structure. Featured with pristine forests, rare animals, stunning lakes, amazing hot springs and fascinating waterfalls, Changbaishan Nature Reserve really brings a lot to see and enjoy. Its extraordinary splendid scenery in winter is especially beautiful and makes it a hot tourist destination.

Your exploration at Changbaishan will start with Changbai Mountain Natural Museum. You will benefit a lot by visiting this museum as it will give you a general idea of the geography, landscapes, natural resources, its history and development of Changbai Mountain. This would help you for a better understanding of the beauty of Changbai Mountain.

Then we will visit Tianchi, the most popular site among this nature reserve. We will take shuttle bus to Tianchi and it will cost 80 RMB but the cost is at your own expense. Tianchi is also known as Heavenly Lake. Formed in the crater of the mountain, Tianchi lies in the top of Changbai Mountain like a clear jade in the sky. Its misty and mystery charming scenery is always a delight to tourists traveling to Changbai Mountain.

After lunch, we will proceed to the site Lvyuantan in Changbai Mountain. Lvyuantan is a pool of clear green water formed by waterfalls from the mountain. Hidden in thick forest, Lvyuantan resembles an emerald lying there quietly and peacefully. But its ultra-green and transparent water with small fishes freely swimming inside, especially when Lvyuantan is clustered with mist, its enchanting scenery brings you into a fairy world. Also we will see the marvelous waterfalls in Changbai Mountain.
