8 Days Beijing and Harbin Ski Tour

After breakfast, you will start your sightseeing tour at Tiananmen Square. As the largest public square in the world, Tiananmen Square can hold over one million people. It is a famous monument in Beijing and is often considered as a national symbol in China. Tiananmen Square is a must-visit attraction for people traveling to Beijing.

Next we will proceed to visit Forbidden City. It is the best-preserved imperial palace in China and the largest ancient palatial structure in the world. With the magnificence of royal architectures and imperial treasures, Forbidden City is a must-visit attraction in Beijing.

Then we will head to Nandouya Mosque, a famous mosque in Dongcheng District of Beijing.  After dinner, you will enjoy the Acrobatics Show.

After the show, your guide will transfer you back to the hotel and you can have a good rest.

After breakfast at the hotel, our guide will bring you to Badaling Ski Resort for 4 hours skiing. Badaling Ski Resort is located about two kilometers west of the Badaling Great Wall. Equipped with European style comprehensive facilities and professional slopes for beginners, intermediate skiers and advanced skiers, Badaling Ski Resort is a great place to have fun.

After lunch, we will proceed to have a visit at the Badaling Great Wall. Built during the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), Badaling Great Wall is the most well-preserved and the most visited section of the Great Wall of China. As a symbol of Chinese civilization and one of the wonders created by Chinese people. Badaling Great Wall is a must-visit attraction in Beijing.You can have a short hiking and climbing to the top of the wall for some leisure walk to enjoy the great views, or you can take cable car at your own expense to get to the top of the Great Wall. On the way back to Beijing downtown, we will stop at the Jade Factory.

You will have free time for your own exploration in the evening.

Today your sightseeing will start at the Summer Palace. As the largest and the most well-preserved royal park in China, Summer Palace is a must-see attraction when coming to Beijing. Having a vast ensemble of lakes, gardens and palaces, it attracts tourists for its natural beauty and historical sites.

After lunch, we will go to visit Niujie Mosque. As the largest and oldest mosque in Beijing, Niujie Mosque is a must-visit mosque for Muslims. It attracts people by its grand size of architectures with a mixture Islamic and traditional Chinese culture. Also it is the spiritual center for Muslims living in that area. You can do prayers in this mosque. Then we will visit Muslim Supermarket, which is the largest Muslim supermarket in Beijing selling various kinds of Muslim food and snacks, and other Muslim featured products.

The last destination will be The Place. As a famous shopping mall in Beijing, The Place is famed for huge LED sky screen. It is a blend of shopping mall, office building, space art and fashion.

Our guide will bring you back to the hotel for a good rest.

After breakfast, our guide will pick you up at the hotel and transfer you to the airport for flight to Harbin. Upon you arrival in Harbin, our local guide will pick you up at the airport and transfer you directly to the first destination Sophia Church Square to admire the charming Sophia Church. The church is one of the few remained orthodox churches in Harbin. It is now converted into Harbin Museum of Architecture with exhibitions of many photographs from old times inside.

Then we will head to Central Street. Located in the old central district of Harbin, Central Street is a pedestrian street lined with stores, shops, malls and architectures. Those interesting old architectures of various styles are mostly featured with European styles, making this street an exotic one to have fun. Along the street there are many restaurants where you can not only have delicious Harbin local dishes, but also you will find a lot of tasty Russian food.

Our guide will transfer you to the hotel for check in.

Today your sightseeing will begin with a visit to Stalin Park after breakfast. It is located on the south bank of the Songhua River. This belt-shaped open park featured by Russian style flower beds and sixteen groups of art sculptures is lavishly vegetated with flowers and trees and is a popular site in Harbin.

The next destination will be Flood Control Monument, which was built to commemorate the tremendous feat of the Harbin people in controlling the massive flood in 1957.

After lunch you will watch the winter swimming performance on Songhua River. And you may choose to take part in some ice activities at your own expense, such as ice sloping, dog-sledding and many more.

Then we will proceed to the famous Sun Island. It is a renowned tourist site in Harbin. Featured with lake, trees and flowers, Sun Island is a great place to avoid summer resort. When in winter, Sun Island is a paradise for ice and snow sculptures and architectures. The Harbin International Snow Sculpture Art Expo held in Sun Island is especially hot and attracts numerous tourists there.

Your guide will bring you back to the hotel for a good rest.

After breakfast, our guide will pick you up at the hotel and drive to Erlongshan Ski Resort. The driving will take 1.5 hours. Erlongshan Ski Resort is also known as Longzhu Ski Resort. As one of China’s first-class tourism resorts, Erlongshan Ski Resort attracts tourists there for its beautiful natural scenery, fine snow, complete facilities and rich recreation forms. As a safe and friendly ski resort, Erlongshan Ski Resort provides pleasing skiing experience for both elementary and advanced skiers.

Skiing is on your own arrangement and at your expense. Cost for skiing is CNY180/pp for 2 hours and CNY 240/ pp for 4 hours. Lunch and dinner are at your own arrangement. In late afternoon, we will drive back to Harbin downtown. You are free for your own leisure in the evening.
