The journey to Putuo Mountain was almost in the wind and rain all the way.
Putuo Mountain, Jiuhua Mountain, Mount Emei, and Mount Wutai are tied for China's four major Buddhist Mountains. It is considered the bodhimanda of Avalokitesvara (Guan Yin), and is also one of 5A level key scenic spots in China.
This trip was basically visited the temples, coupled with the bad weather, I just took some photos. However, it was also great to enjoy another style of Putuo Mountain in the rain. In fact, the scenery in Putuo Mountain is good, also with unique feature. But most visitors who are prayerfully worshiping Buddha have ignored scenery.
Come to religious shrines, I participated in the Buddha worshiping, and then enjoyed the rainy Putuo Mountain. I saw this door as soon as came out from the Ferry Terminal.
