Xilaishun Restaurant

Xilaishun Restaurant is one of the most famous and oldest Muslim restaurants in Beijing. Xilaishun Restaurant was established in 1930 and now it is welcomed by a large amount of customers. Among the decades of years, Xilaishun Restaurant is dedicated to provide authentic Muslim food with their unique styles and featured flavors.

Xilaishun Restaurant is a two-layer building. The first floor is the dining hall, while there are public seats and private rooms in the second floor. The restaurant has excellent service, for example the waiters at the restaurant could speak English and Arabian to make sure that every customer coming to the restaurant can get considerable service.

Xilaishun Restaurant is quite good at traditional Muslim dishes, and it has developed their own characteristics after years' of research and development. The restaurant uses a wide range of food materials with various selection. Dishes are made with delicate crafts applying an appropriate cooking technique to get the flavor of light, tender, fresh and mellow. The most famous dishes at Xilaishun Restaurant are the roast whole lamb, roast lamb,  chicken wrapped in cellophane and Ma Lianliang duck (Ma Lianliang is one of the most outstanding  master of Peking Opera).
